Attention Nova/Virtual Merchant customers: We are currently looking into a known issue that has been encountered by some PDG merchants using the Virtual Merchant payment gateway. We will provide additional information as soon as possible.
For Linux users of Commerce Version 5, there is an updated patch that you can download to your server that should resolve the Elavon/Virtual Merchant issues. If you have current premium support and would like tech support to install this patch for you, please submit a support ticket at http://support.pdgsoft.com.
Should you elect to do this yourself, be sure to transfer the cgi files in binary format.
