Premium Support Contracts are a great compliment to your PDG product. During the duration of the Premium Support Contract, you and a 2nd contact (total of 2 contacts per support contract) get unlimitted access to PDG Software's professional support staff.
Premium Support Contracts can be used to have PDG Software's professional support team assist you with:
- Performing software patches and minor upgrades
- Explain how to customize your PDG product's templates
- Any other PDG product related issue
PDG Software's support services are available from 9:30am-5:30pm EST Monday through Thursday, 9:30am-4:30pm EST on Friday.
