Terms and Conditions of Use of PDG Software Message Board 

You agree that you will not post any material that is false, defamatory, disparaging, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law, which can result in legal actions being taken against you.

You agree that you will not post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material.

You agree that you will not post any advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations. “Spam” and “flooding” will not be tolerated within the PDG Software forum. “Spam” and “flooding” are both defined as the action of posting similar messages more than once within a specific time frame. PDG Software exclusively reserves the right to determine what constitutes “spam” and “flooding” for the PDG Software Message Board, and further reserves the right to remove any messages deemed as “spam” or “flooding”. PDG Software further reserves the right to take action, at its sole discretion, to prevent the author of any “spam” or “flooding” from further posting such messages. Such actions can include, but are not limited to, removing the author’s membership from the PDG Software Message Board.

PDG SOFTWARE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY POSTING, BY ANY MEMBER INCLUDING YOU, FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION.

PDG SOFTWARE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP OF THE PDG SOFTWARE MESSAGE BOARD IF PDG SOFTWARE DETERMINES, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, THAT YOU HAVE VIOLATED ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF PDG SOFTWARE MESSAGE BOARD AS SET FORTH HEREIN, OR OTHERWISE BREACHED THIS AGREEMENT, OR HAVE ENGAGED IN CONDUCT OR POSTED MESSAGES THAT PDG SOFTWARE DETERMINES, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO BE UNACCEPTABLE.

YOU INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS PDG SOFTWARE, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY ACTIONS, PROCEEDINGS, CLAIMS, EXPENSES (INCLUDING LAWYER FEES), AND LIABILITIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY TRANSMISSION, MODIFICATION, OR REMOVAL OF YOUR MESSAGES, YOUR MEMBERSHIP STATUS OF THIS MESSAGE BOARD, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE ABILITY TO READ OR POST ANY MESSAGES, OR ANY OTHER PARTICIPATION IN THIS MESSAGE BOARD.

PDG SOFTWARE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONTENT OF THE PDG SOFTWARE MESSAGE BOARD, OR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, FUNCTIONAILITY, RELIABILITY, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION, STATEMENT, OR MESSAGE CONTAINED THEREIN. ALL STATEMENTS, ADVICE, INFORMATION, AND MESSAGES MADE BY MEMBERS OF THE PDG SOFTWARE MESSAGE BOARD ARE THOSE OF SUCH MEMBERS ONLY, AND PDG SOFTWARE NEITHER ENDORSES NOR SHALL BE HELD REPSONSIBLE OR LIABALE FOR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, FUNCTIONALITY, RELIABILITY, OR USEFULNESS OF SAME.

Each message expresses solely the views of the author of the message, and not necessarily the views of PDG Software. If you feel that a posted message is objectionable, you should notify PDG Software immediately. PDG Software reserves the right, at its own discretion, to remove any content that it deems objectionable. This is a manual process, however, and PDG Software may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy goes for any member profile information as well.

PDG Software reserves the right to reveal your identity (or any other relevant information about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any information posted by you.

You will automatically be assigned a user id and password for the PDG Message Board. You agree to never give your password out to another member. You agree to NEVER use another member's account to post messages or browse this forum.

After you have received your registration confirmation and log into the PDG Software forum, you can fill out any appropriate information for your message board profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information deemed inaccurate or vulgar by PDG Software will be changed or removed, at PDG Software’s sole discretion.

Each message posted by you to this message board is recorded with your IP address. This information may be used in the event that you need to be banned from the PDG Software Message Board or your ISP contacted. 

All requests to join the PDG Message Board will be processed within 2 business days. PDG Software reserves the right to deny membership at its sole discretion. If your membership request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail providing you with your account information, including user id and password that will be used to access the message board.
